This spacious, veteran-owned home sleeps 12 and is conveniently located in a gated community within the Shanty Creek resort. Walking distance to professional golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools. A short drive to the private beach club on Lake Bellaire, skiing/snowboarding on Schuss Mountain, and great drinking and dining in downtown Bellaire, including the renowned Short’s Brewery. Close to Torch Lake, Traverse City, Petoskey, Boyne, and Charlevoix. This home is perfect for multi-family or group stays. Our lodge offers three levels of private sleeping areas, each with their own full bath. All guests can gather in the inviting and open kitchen, dining, and living room on the main level. Play our vintage arcade games, each with multiple retro classics. Or take advantage of the spacious two-story deck just off the living room where you can eat, drink, relax, and unwind in the gorgeous Northern Michigan woods.

- Renters must be 25 years of age or older. Wire transfers are not permitted - Cats are not permitted - No parties allowed - Quiet hours between 11PM and 8AM EST/EDT - Only those guests confirmed on your booking reservation are allowed on the property as well as access to shared amenities - A maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted in the designated parking space on the property - Parking on the side of the road is strictly prohibited. Any vehicle parked on the road will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense - No Smoking/Vaping inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated smoking area - Home is on septic, so we ask that only toilet paper be disposed of in toilets - Report any damage immediately to host

This was the perfect home base for a family ski weekend! Cozy vibe, tons of space, full of amenities to make packing easy, and beautiful surroundings all within the resort. Dan was an excellent host, very proactive, friendly, accommodating and left a plethora of really great recommendations. I couldn’t recommend this beautiful home more! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Dan’s place for a ski weekend with another family. The home was conveniently located close to Schuss and very easy to find. Check in was smooth, and the kids especially loved spending time in the upstairs loft area. Overall, it was a great setup for a family ski getaway.

Beautifully located for a peaceful stay, especially in Autumn 🍂 with the surrounding tall trees. We had 6 adults and 2 kids on this trip and enjoyed 4 nights here. The bonfire area was so nice on the night we had one. The two front decks are strong and looks out onto the trees and the winding road. Highly recommended! We felt at home.

We just had a wonderful stay at their beautiful home! We felt comfortable and had an amazing time. It was nice to have the option/kitchen space to cook or go out to eat. It is a great location and our son had a blast at the outdoor pool at the Lakeview Hotel that you have guest access to along with the private beach access to Lake Bellaire Beach Club! Very nice and responsive hosts!
